2. Content Creation and Curation:
Develop engaging content, including text, images, and videos, and curate content from other sources.
3. Community Management:
Engage with followers, funnel direct leads to sales team, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
4. Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaboration:
Work with other Matrix team members and affiliates/influencers to ensure social media efforts are integrated with broader marketing campaigns.
6. Staying Updated:
Keep up with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
7. Brand Representation:
Help serve as the voice of the brand on social media, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
